Knoxville Law Firm for Healthcare Organizations and Regulation

Our work representing healthcare providers, particularly Presbyterian Homes of Tennessee, has required that the firm be prepared to practice in a field of heavy federal regulation, where such regulatory details dictate everything in practice and procedure from patient care to the location of hand sanitizer stations.  Equally important to our proposed work for the Authority comes our experience working with nonprofit corporations.

Our attorneys have worked with the formation and dissolution of nonprofits and every legal aspect of the business in between.  Whether related to business administration and governance of HR and personnel, we have served as general counsel and special counsel in advising and litigation issues for our nonprofit and healthcare clients.  We are also familiar with state and federal government regulations and compliance issues special to nonprofits.

We have also worked with Presbyterian Homes of Tennessee through every step as it enlarged its campus in Knoxville to include single-family homes and duplexes, developed a second campus in Maryville for a Continuing Care Retirement Community, and developed, planned, and constructed a state-of-the-art physical rehabilitation facility known as WellPark at Shannondale.
