Sarah JarrardSarah Jarrard possesses the skills required to assist her clients in their business law needs. From startup, to contract negotiation, to creditor protection and collection, to litigation needs, she has actively participated in all levels of business. In addition to assisting clients in their business needs, Sarah has an active practice in litigation matters, governmental representation, and real property. She is highly motivated and immerses herself in any project she takes on. She is tenacious in her pursuit of excellence, and “detailed” does not begin to define her nature.

While in law school, she was named to the Order of the Barristers, achieved both honors and high honors Dean’s Lists, and received Certificates of Excellence in Trial Practice, Remedies, Contract Drafting, and Negotiations. Sarah competed on behalf of the University of Tennessee as a member of the James Clark McReynolds Trial Advocacy Team in Washington D.C. in 2014 and as a member of the National Trial Team in 2015 and 2016. Sarah also competed in the University of Tennessee Ray H. Jenkins Trial Competition all three years, earning a best witness award in 2014, placing 2nd overall in 2015, and winning best advocate as well as 1st overall in 2016.

Sarah is an avid University of Tennessee football fan and a former member of the Pride of the Southland Marching Band. She lives in Knoxville with her husband Ryan and their two dogs, Bear and Sassy.
